The Standard Headshot - Studio Fee and 1 Digital Image ............ $350
This session offers the ideal balance of creativity and time to capture a range of images tailored to your needs. This session provides up to 1 hour of studio time, including expert guidance on wardrobe choices, posing, and expressions to produce diverse images. You’ll receive your top single image professionally retouched in high resolution perfect for both online and print uses. Includes unlimited use license. See below for the option to purchase additional images from an online proofing gallery. sessions are available at our Metairie headshot studio. Refer to pricing below. An additional $199 fee applies for on-location sessions.

Team and Staff
Team Headshot Sessions can be held on-site at your office or a location of your choosing. For remote teams, new hires, or small groups, sessions are available at our Metairie headshot studio. Refer to pricing below. An additional $199 fee applies for on-location sessions.

STEP 1 – CHOOSE YOUR COVERAGE
Headshot stations are available for either a half-day (up to 4 hours) or a full-day (up to 8 hours). Determine the amount of coverage you need based on your event’s schedule and the number of attendees requiring headshots. Each station can generally accommodate up to 30 individuals per hour.

Instant Individual Delivery $500/900
Really up the wow factor of your headshot station with instant delivery. With Instant delivery, every participant will be emailed a private gallery of images within minutes of being photographed. We handle hosting, delivery, and support for all participants meaning zero admin work for you.
On-Site Image Selection $500/$900
With on-site selection, our team helps each participant select their favorite image from their session immediately after being photographed. This ensures each person has a headshot that they love delivered individually in private galleries as well as to the company. Those selections can also be retouched for an additional fee.
Basic Retouching for All Headshots $500/$1000
Enhance the experience by providing attendees with basic retouching on all delivered images. Blemish removal, wrinkle reduction, and teeth whitening included for all images.
Hair and Makeup $550/$950 (Estimate)
To help everyone look their best, we can provide an on-site hair and makeup station so that everyone who gets a headshot has the option of a quick touch-up before they get in front of the camera. This adds fantastic value for attendees and improves the final look of the images by eliminating stray hairs and reducing facial shine. Exact pricing availeble with quote.
Enhanced Retouching $18/image
For clients who want to add extra retouching for participants, Enhanced Retouching is the way to go. Each headshot is hand-retouched and includes corrections beyond basic retouching like stray hair removal, glare on eye-glasses, wrinkle and lint removal, and background replacement.
Social Media Content $1000/$1800 (Estimate)
A dedicated member of our team will create social media friendly content for your marketing team. Vertical video for Instagram, cinematic BTS footage, and stills all delivered to you daily. Price quoted once we get exact details of the event.
Custom Scheduling $250
For events where there might be executives or VIPs, we offer a custom calendar for any guests you designate so that they can get a great headshot efficiently without waiting in line.

Headshot Essentials Package $4,100/day
This package offers a full-day headshot station. Choose between on-site selection or instant delivery of images. It includes a lead generation list, individual galleries, and delivery of both individual and complete galleries. White-label custom galleries are available upon request.
Premium Headshot Experience Package $9,000/day
In addition to everything included in the Headshot Essentials Package, this premium option features on-site hair and makeup touch-ups, custom sponsor signage, and a personalized video display with sponsor ads. It also provides up to 250 images with enhanced retouching and custom scheduling for VIPs.
