Can My Child Retake Their Photo?

Absolutely! We’re happy to offer photo retakes for a $5 non-refundable retake fee.

To get on the retake schedule, simply call our office to make payment.

If a student arrives on retake day without prior payment, they will still be photographed; however, the images will not be released until the retake fee has been paid.

 

Complimentary Retakes

Complimentary retakes are available only if there was a technical issue with the original photo, such as:

• Eyes closed

• Glasses glare

• Camera or lighting issue

Retakes for Other Reasons

A $5 retake fee applies for all other requests, including:

• Change in smile or expression

• Hairstyle or clothing changes

• Makeup adjustments

 

Important Scheduling Notes

• To ensure your student is called out of class, retake requests must be completed by midnight on picture day.

• If your school’s scheduled make-up session has already passed, please call our office to discuss available options.

Please note: Retake fees are non-refundable, and school IDs cannot be reprinted.
