RETAKE PHOTO REQUEST AND PAYMENT
Can my child retake their photo?
Absolutely! We are happy to provide a retake for a non-refundable $5 fee.
Follow the steps below to submit your request.
1. Fill out the RETAKE REQUEST form. (Below)
2. Choose either “Retake” or “Retake Photo and Reprint ID”
(ID will be sent to the school for pick up in the office)
3. Make your payment. (Requests without payment will not be accepted)

The Retake option expires at Midnight, the day of the school’s scheduled Make-up Session. All retakes
must take place on the school’s Make-up Photo Day.
Complimentary retakes are offered ONLY if there was a technical problem with the photo (e.g. eyes
closed, glasses glare, or camera malfunction). If you are requesting a retake because of a technical
problem, please call the MillerFoto office 504-467-0230.
Otherwise, a $5 retake fee will apply for ANY other
reason (e.g. did not like smile/expression, change in hairstyle/clothing, make-up, etc).
We cannot guarantee your student will be called out of class if the form is not filled out before
MIDNIGHT of picture day.
If your school’s scheduled Make-up Session has passed, please call the MillerFoto office for options.

NO REFUNDS ON THE RETAKE FEE OR REPRINTING OF THE SCHOOL ID.
PAYMENT NOTICE:
This School Retake Fee ONLY pays for the photographers time. It does not include reprinting of any photos or products.

Except if you select the option to have your ID reprinted with the new photo.

REPLACE YOUR PACKAGE
If you purchased a package and would like a retake, you will need to return the whole package to MillerFoto for Credit. No partial credits are given. Package Print replacements only. Does not apply to Digital downloads
