All of our event photos can be customized with titles, graphics, and logos at no additional charge. This includes event names, years, graduation titles, team names, sponsor logos, and branded overlays—designed directly onto the image for a polished, professional look.

Standard Graphic Options

We offer 8 standard graphic layout options (see samples below) that can be applied to your photos, giving you a clean, professional design without added cost.

Each option allows customization using:

  • Dozens of font styles

  • Multiple title and text color options

  • Flexible placement for names, years, and event titles

This makes it easy to match school branding, event themes, or organizational colors.


Lower Banner Graphic Specifications

For designs that include a lower banner only, just one graphic file is required.

Banner Dimensions

  • 3000 × 500 pixels

  • PNG format (supports transparency)

This format works well for school names, graduation years, team titles, and sponsor recognition.



Fully Custom Photo Graphics Using Your Artwork

Need something more custom? We’ve got you covered.

We can use your own artwork, logos, or branding files to create fully custom photo graphics that align with your school or organization’s identity. This is ideal for:

  • Branded school photography

  • Graduation and senior photos

  • Sports and team photography

  • Corporate and sponsored events


Full-Frame Graphic Overlays (Top or Bottom Banners)

If you’d like to add a sleek banner to the top or bottom of your photos, we can apply full-frame graphic overlays. These overlays are designed to work across multiple print sizes and products.

Required File Specifications for Full-Frame Overlays

File Type

  • PNG (required for transparency)

Aspect Ratios & SizesYou’ll need 6 PNG files total:

Vertical (2:3 aspect ratio)

  • 3000 × 4500 pixels

    • Used for: 5×7, 8×10, 11×14

Horizontal (2:3 aspect ratio)

  • 4500 × 3000 pixels

    • Used for: 5×7, 8×10, 11×14

Providing these sizes ensures your custom graphic overlays look correct across all photo products.

To ensure the highest quality output for your custom photo graphics:

  • File Format: PNG (supports transparency)

  • Color Profile: sRGB

  • Maximum File Size: 20 MB
