If you are requesting a Retake photo, please fill out this form BEFORE your child retakes their photo.  You must return the photo package you purchased before having a retake photo taken.

How to Order Photos - Top Questions

Our system is 100% Online.  No Money Envelopes will be sent home.

You do not have to Pre-Pay or send any money to the school but we do recommend you Pre-Register.

Now you get to see the photos before you buy them. For a small fee all packages are mailed home.

Order within 24 hours of receiving your link and receive a *FREE DIGITAL PHOTO & FREE SHIPPING on certain packages.

OPTION 1 - We recommend you Pre-Register.  We will send you an email as soon as the photos are available,

usually within 24 hours.  This is the fastest way to order and your best chance of receiving the

*FREE Digital Photo and Free Shipping.

OPTION 2 On Picture Day your child will receive a Flyer with their PIN #.

You will enter that PIN # here to View and Order your photos.

Students have a tendency to not bring flyers home on time. We recommend you Pre-Register.

Frequently asked questions on How To Order School Photos

Ordering Photos

I didn't receive a Payment Envelope.


We no longer send home Payment Envelopes. You don't need to send any money to the school. With our View First system you get to choose the Pose and Expression you like. You will receive an Email or Text message with a link to your childs personal photo gallery. As a back up, on Picture Day your child will be given a flyer with their name and PIN #. Click on this link to order with a PIN#. If you can't find the Flyer, please send us a message through our Contact Us page.




Are Late Orders Accepted?  Picture Day passed and I forgot to Order, Is it too late?


It's never too late to order and we don't charge a Late Fee. On Picture Day each student was sent home with a Flyer that included their personal PIN Number. You will also receive an email with a link to their personal photo gallery. You may order at any time using the Pin # or the Emailed Photo Link. Click here to order with your Pin #. If you can't find the flyer with your Pin #, please send us an email through our Contact Us page.




I have a PIN #, how do I order?


Your child was given a flyer with their name and PIN #. Click on this link and select PIN#. Enter the number to view and order your photos.




Do I have to Pre Pay for the Photos?


Nope. Order and Pay after you look at the photos. You will receive an Email or Cell Text with a link to your childs personal photo gallery.




Can I See the photos before I order?


Absolutely. With our View First system you get to choose the Pose and Expression you like. You will receive an Email or Text message with a link to your childs personal photo gallery. How much are the Packages?

Can I order for Multiple Kids at the same time online?


Yes. Please check out this video for the instructions.




How can I pay OnLine if I don't have a Credit or Debit card.


We recommend that you purchase a Money or Cash Card from a retailer like Wal-Mart. Click here to see how much the packages are and remember there is Sales Tax and Shipping that will be added on to the price.




Will it be SAFE to take Student Photos this year?


Absoilutely. We have created a SAFE School Picture Day process that conforms to the Parish, State and CDC Guidelines.




The School didn't send any informaiton home about photos.


We know it happens but no worries at all. We save photos for years and you can order anytime. First off - Check your childs Folder or Back Pack! We usually send home a Flyer before picture day letting parents know how to order.. Then on Picture Day we send home another flyer with ordering informaiton. If you didn't receive either of these, send us a message through our Contact Us page. We need certain informaiton before we can send you the link to order.





School IDs

How can I order a Replacement ID?


If you would like to order a replacement ID, please have a Credit or Debit Card ready and click here. All IDs must be picked up from the School. Typical delivery is in about 5-7 days.




Re-Takes for School ID


I don't like the photo on my ID, can I do a re-take? Yes and No. It depends on what time of the school year it is. Replacement ID Photos can only be taken when we are scheduled to be On Campus already. There is a $10 fee. Please use our Contact Us page to discuss scheduling.





Order Issues

I received my order and it's wrong or there is an issue. Will you fix it?


We will absolutely fix it. Sorry for the issue and we promise to make it right and do it quick. The best way to contact us with an issue is through our Contact Us page. We need certain information to look up the order.





Retakes / Refunds

Information about Re-Takes


We are glad to offer a retake. There is No Charge for the retake. All photos must be returned to the school on Retake day. If the package isn't returned, a replacement package will not be printed. After 30 days there is no returning of photos. If you would like a New ID, there is a charge of $5.00




Information about Refunds


Since we offer our View First system where you see the photos before you order, we do not offer a refund. We recommend you contact us with any questions about ordering if you have an issue when you view the photos. If you don't like the photos, please see Re-Takes above for more informaiton.




What is the Deadline for Re-Takes or Refunds.


Any re-take or refund request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Picture Day Tips

Glasses


We will do our best to minimize glass glare, and with our Premium Retouching services most glare can be removed, however in some cases, it cannot be eliminated. We recommend borrowing a pair of lensless frames from your optometrist if this is a concern.




Hair Cuts


AVOID THE JUST CUT LOOK! We recommend cutting yoru hair at least a week or more before Picture Day. If your hair needs a trim, have it done as soon as possible to avoid the "just cut" look on picture day.




Wearing Accessories


We follow the School Rules on Dress and Uniforms. If it's against the School Rules, we will not photograph you. Choose accessories that won't detract from your timeless portrait. Wearing simple earrings, necklaces, and hair adornments will enhance your image, again according to your schools Dress Code.




Uniform


Please wear a freshly Laundered and Ironed Uniform. Nothing detracts more than a great portrait with a dirty or wrinklet uniform.
