STUDIO PORTRAITS - CAP/GOWN SENIOR SESSIONS - RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

We do not offer refunds or returns on any products, session or photographer fees. Here is why. We allow a parent/guardian (the decision maker) to be in the studio when we are taking the photos. You can also see the photos on a computer while in the studio and online before ordering. If you have an issue with a photo, with a pose, hair, make up etc., please let the photographer know before you leave the studio. Any retakes or additional photos will require an additional session fee. We will absolutely fix any printing issues or product defects.
